Responsibly communicated

In the UK, we never actively target under 18s and do not use licensed characters in any point of sale communication (including on pack). We only allow gifts or toys for children over 6, when they have an educational or health purpose and are in combination with products bearing our responsibly made for kids logo. We strictly abide by the CAP/BCAP codes for TV advertising and err on the side of caution regarding programme notices. Finally, we voluntarily restrict out of home advertising for HFSS products to 200m distance from any school boundary

Our responsibly made for kids logo will appear on all range boards and packs to help parents and caregivers to find our products.
